Supervision
I am a qualified and experienced supervisor.
My initial supervision training was at the School of Counselling and Psychotherapy ( Regents College) London in 1998. I followed this up later with further training in Supervision at the New School of Counselling and Psychotherapy in 2006.
I have been working as a Clinical Supervisor at Mind since 1999, and manage a team of 10 counsellors from various racial and cultural backgrounds. The counsellors in the team are either advanced level trainees or qualified counsellors working towards accreditation.
My approach is integrative.
I also provide supervision privately to individual counsellors or in a Group setting.
My personal supervisor is Prof. Ernesto Spinelli who has been supervising me for the last 14 years.
